A delicious winter warmer, perfect to sweeten your mornings or get you through a long cold afternoon. You’ll hardly believe how quick and easy this one is, the perfect cozy comfort drink for right when life seems too busy to spoil yourself. Go on and indulge!\u00a0<\/span>Serves 2<\/em><\/p>\n

Ingrediants<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 cinnamon stick<\/span><\/p>\n

1\/2 tsp ground cinnamon<\/span><\/p>\n

2 tsp cocoa <\/span><\/p>\n

3 tsp caster sugar<\/span><\/p>\n

40g dark chocolate, grated<\/span><\/p>\n

1 tsp orange zest<\/span><\/p>\n

500ml milk<\/span><\/p>\n

Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Sift the cocoa into a small saucepan and combine with the sugar. <\/span>Add the orange zest\u00a0 and stir. <\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Add the cinnamon and milk and stir as you heat over medium heat.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. As the milk heats add the grated chocolate (saving a little to sprinkle on top at the end). Stir continuously so that the chocolate mixes and melts and ensure the milk doesn\u2019t get too hot. You do not want it to come to the boil.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. When the chocolate and sugar have dissolved and the milk is hot, remove from the heat and use a milk frother or whisk to froth the milk as desired (this step can also be left out).\u00a0 <\/span>Serve immediately.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
