This should prevent imperfections such as bubbles and cracks.<\/p>\n<p>In order to suspend the flowers in the ice fill your tray in layers, freezing in between.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-873\" src=\"http:\/\/journal.bohemiantraders.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/IMG_0839-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"835\" height=\"557\" srcset=\"https:\/\/journal.bohemiantraders.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/IMG_0839-2.jpg 1776w, https:\/\/journal.bohemiantraders.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/IMG_0839-2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/journal.bohemiantraders.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/IMG_0839-2-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/journal.bohemiantraders.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/IMG_0839-2-1024x683.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 835px) 100vw, 835px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepare water.\n<ul>\n<li>Bring water to a boil and boil for 2-3 minutes, then allow it to cool completely before freezing.<\/li>\n<li>If you are not using distilled water, decant water into a jug or carafe for ease of pouring.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Fill each of the molds in the ice cube tray 1\/4 of the way, placing a flower face down into the water and place in freezer for 1-2 hours (or until solid).<\/li>\n<li>Remove the ice cube tray from the freezer and fill to half way, placing another flower in the mold. Freeze for a further 1-2 hours (or until solid).<\/li>\n<li>Remove the ice cube tray from the freezer and fill the remaining space in the molds.
