Recipe // Tequila Ginger Mule

An instant crowd pleaser at any event. Be prepared to be making far more than just one jug! Don’t forget that you can easily swap out the tequila for vodka or even just soda water if you’d prefer!

Serves 4


  • 4 mint sprigs with leaves
  • 1 lime sliced or wedged
  • 2 cups – 500ml of kombucha
  • 180ml of tequila
  • 1/3 cup lime juice


  • Fill a jug a quarter of the way with ice cubes
  • Top with lime slices and mint sprigs
  • Pour over the tequila, lime juice and kombucha
  • Stir and pour into glasses
